Risk Management Structures

State of implementation of risk management structure

The “Risk Management Committee” provides overall risk management for all affiliated companies. It determines the materiality of risks identified for the Company and affiliated companies and implements countermeasures for these risks. The Board of Directors also fully discusses and makes decisions regarding risks relating to management decisions while requesting opinions from external advisors, etc. as necessary. In addition, the Internal Audit Office implements both scheduled and specially assigned audits regarding the state of risk management systems in each division, etc., reports to the Representative Director, President and CEO, and coordinates with the Audit Committee.

We also regularly provide compliance training for each employee, and work to ensure their awareness of risk management.
